Product Master Reports
The following reports are all accessed from the [Print] button in the Products Browse. These reports provide a variety of information summarizing each Products current status. These reports are all part of the list of standard reports.
Use the Query Window to select the records you wish and also to exclude inactive products from the report.

Master List |
A simple list of products and services.

Price List |
A list of current prices and costs for each product.
|
Product Totals |
The month to date and year to date totals of sales, purchases for each product, including a comparison with last year. The value of each product is also displayed.

Images |
Prints a list of products and their linked images (artwork). An option is included for printing each linked image or just the Product Master information.

Specs |
Prints a list of products along with all their Master Specs. This is used mainly for checking data entry. It’s important to remember that these are the Master Specs. If you are using Line Item Specific Specs, these may not reflect the Specs on a given order—only the Master Specs.

Count Sheet |
Use this report to take physical counts.
|
Inventory Status |
Provides complete information of On Hand, On Order and Committed Quantities, information on the Last Vendor Job ID and key dates for various transaction types, plus any Reorder Action Codes. Prints in landscape format.

Summary Status |
Similar to the Inventory Status Report, but more concise, giving you just the essentials for monitoring levels and reorder points. Prints in portrait format.

Similar to the Inventory Status Report but also provides an estimated cost value (Total Available Quantity * Current Cost), Re-Print Date and Monthly Average Usage for each product. Use this to balance with your General Ledger Inventory Asset Account. |

Priced Value |
This report provides the total value of your inventory based on the default customer price. Use this report to present to your customer hist current value of inventory. |
Site/Users |
A list of products, with all Contacts (users) of each product displayed beneath. This enables you to see each linked user, if you provide forms management down to the user level. Use this report if you enter Sales Order Line Items with a list of ordering quantities by Contact. Since each contact can represent a Cost Center, you can get usage figures with more detail than simply by Shipping Address (Site). |
Site/Product |
A list of each site (Shipping Address) with its linked products, including their current quantities at each site. It is useful for verifying quantities of all products at each location.

A list of each product linked to a particular site (Shipping Address). Useful for verifying the quantity of each product by viewing each site at which it is stored. |
