Forms Management Reports

This selection lets you print a series of customizable reports about products assigned to a particular customer or corporation. These reports print as one unit in landscape format. You can print these reports for one customer, one salesperson, one corporation, or all customers who are part of your forms management program. You would typically print these out each month that you are taking counts or when meeting with customers to review their F/M program.

This version provides a quarterly summary of usage and associated savings when compared with the same usage at the previous cost.

Procedure

Like many processes in Simple Accounting, you can start these reports from several locations. And, again the starting point determines the information on the reports. These are:

Customer Browse  Press the [Print] button within the Customer Browse to print forms management reports for the selected customer.

Salesperson Browse  Press the [Print] button within the Sales Representatives Browse to print forms management reports for the all Customers linked to the selected Employee ID in one batch.

Use the Query Window to limit which customers print: typically those you have checked off as FMS in their Customer Master.

Corporation Browse  You may print reports combining data from all customers which share the same CORPORATE ID field. This allows you to get a single group of reports for a large organization with several branch offices, even though each branch is considered a separate Customer in Simple Accounting. The products on the catalog reports are subtotalled by Customer ID, with a convenient subtotal by Site.

You can limit these reports to a single Site using the Query Window.
