New Site Features

We’ve recently added a bunch of new features to the web site, including the new Documentation Portal

Additionally, there are several features for registered customers including Favorites (a way to bookmark and annotate content you frequently use), a commenting system and a comprehensive support ticketing system. We also want to encourage users to follow us on Twitter and via RSS feed.
