Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet is a summary of the asset and liability accounts, located at the top of the layout, for a single moment in time. Like all Financial Reports, it is printed by opening the Financial Reports Browse from the G/L Main Menu.

The balance sheet comes in two basic flavors: Single-Period and Comparative. The single-period report reflects company’s position at the end of one particular accounting period. The comparative report allows you to select a range of accounting periods for side-by-side review.
