Special Keystrokes
[Change] |
Edit/View the selected record. There are some special rules to keep in mind when editing recurring activities:
|
<Ins> |
Add a new record from the browse box.
|
<Del> |
Delete an existing record from the browse. If you do this you will be asked to confirm your choice. Deleting a Recurring Activity removes all associated activities from the Calendars from the todays date forward, but not those that have already occurred. Example: if you had scheduled a weekly appointment two months ago and now find that it is no longer necessary, the system would remove all associated appointments from today forward.
