Set Up Contact Management Options

In this section of the program, you tell Simple Accounting about how you company will use various Contact Management features. Begin by entering your Master Password.

Fields

Automatically Create An Activity When…

Simple Accounting can automatically create an Activity every time various transactions are created or updated.

Sales Order is created. Creates an activity linked to the Contact ID specified in the Sales Order Header.
Sales Order is shipped.
Vendor Invoice is created. Create an activity linked to the Contact’s User ID when costs are automatically posted from an On-Line Sales Order.
Count is taken. Create an activity linked to the Contact ID specified in the F/M Transaction Header.

 

Custom Search Columns

Lets you customize the display of the last three columns in the Contacts Browse.

The Heading fields lets you specify the column heading for the field to be displayed in the browse.

The Dynamic Column fields can be any valid field expression from the Contacts table.
