Contact Mailing Lists
A mailing list is a record used to identify groups of contacts. Simple Accounting makes it easy to assign contacts to one or more mailing lists, then print reports or labels, or generate form letters and mail merges for those members. This browse box is opened from the Contacts Main Menu.
You may also assign a Contact to one or more Mailing Lists while editing the Contact.

Reports: Master Report of Mailing Lists
Contacts Linked To Selected List
Mailing Labels
Shipping Labels
When labels are printed, the last mailing date is updated for each contact that was printed. Also, the last mailing date for the list as a whole is updated.

The last date when labels or envelopes were printed from this list.

TOTAL NUMBER OF MEMBERS

The total number of contacts assigned to this list.

NUMBER OF ACTIVE MEMBERS |
The number of active contacts assigned to this list. These are displayed in green on the browse box.

The number of active contacts assigned to this list. These are displayed in brown on the browse box.
