This window lets you manage your activities for a given date. It always begins at the date you selected from the calendar . Selecting a different date in the calendar automatically moves this window to the selected date.
Each day may also contains free text describing the day as a whole. This is useful for bits of information that do not apply to a particular activity. When you print a calendar, these notes appear at the top of the day.

Follow Up Tab Shows the Activities where the FOLLOW UP DATE is the same as the selected day on the Calendar. The following table should help clarify the difference:

(Appears In Follow Ups This Date) |

DIFFERENT USES FOR EACH TAB
Both the Activities and Follow Up tabs have important uses. Which you’ll use most often depends on the types of activities you’re trying to track. If your work involves a great number of follow up calls then you’ll probably use the Follow-Ups calendars most often. On the other hand if you need to review the calls you made on any given day you’ll be able to immediately see this using the Activities calendars.
