One-Time Customers

Sometimes you may sell to a customer but do not wish to establish an ongoing account with them. When you enter a sales order with the Customer ID ‘CASH’, you are allowed to type in the name, address and phone numbers for this customer and these will be saved with the invoice. This is your One-Time Customer ID. Later you can convert a One-Time Customer to a regular account customer by selecting the invoice and pressing the [Convert] button.
