General Ledger Report
The General Ledger Report details all transactions by account for over one or more periods, giving a starting and ending balance for each account. You can use this report to view activity in one or any number of financial periods.
Procedure
To run this report:
1. Go to the G/L Main Menu and select Financials.
2. Select the accounting period to report on, then press [Print]
To include multiple financial periods on the report, simply tagthe periods you wish to include. For example, to print a G/L report for the entire year, simply tag all twelve periods in that fiscal year.
3. Tag the G/L Report selection from the Print Options Window.
