Customer Payment Reports
These reports list payments and credits you have entered. Run them by pressing the [Print] button in the Customer Payments browse. There are two reports and one form:
These report lists only payments entered into the Customer Payments browse. Any other checks received for deposit, but entered directly into the Check Register will not appear on these reports.
Summary Report |
This report lists each check received from a customer. This gives you a quick total of payments you have received. Use the Query Window to select which records to include and how they should be sorted.

Detail Report |
This report lists each line item (invoice paid) for selected customer payments. This lets you review which invoices were paid on with each payment received. Use the Query Window to select which records to include and how they should be sorted.

Bank Deposit Slip |
This prints a form with each customer, check number and amount. Use this to save time when making bank deposits. You can create a MICR line image of your bank account and include this line on your Deposit Slip using the Custom Settings menu of Security Extensions. |
