Customer Aging Reports

Customer Aging Report

This report prints a list of open invoices sorted and subtotalled by customer with columns listing the balances for each of your six Aging Periods. It also updates customer aging as it runs. The report may take several seconds to generate, so be patient.

Run this report by selecting the Customer Browse, then press the [Print] button, and then select Aging Report from the menu. You are also prompted to run this report each time you run customer statements.

TIP: If you sort your report by Employee ID, you are prompted to have a page break between each salesperson’s accounts.

 

IMG00107.gif Although customer balances are automatically updated when you perform common tasks such as entering a payment or printing a sales invoice, aging is not. Aging is only updated for all customers when you run this report, or for individual customers when you press the [Update Aging] button while Viewing Customer Totals from the Customer Browse.
