Printing Calendars

Calendars let you view and manage activities from three types of on screen calendars: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Both subprograms are quite similar in the way they operate so much of what we say here about SCHEDULER|Calendars will also apply to the next section, SCHEDULER|Activities.

The calendar lets you see scheduled activities you need to attend to each day. Since all activities are stored in the same data file, you might see phone calls to be made, appointments to keep, and faxes to be sent, all together on the same day. An activity will appear as a reminder on a given day at a given time when you enter that day and time as the FOLLOW UP DATE and FOLLOW UP TIME, respectively, for the selected activity. No matter where the activity is entered into the program, it will show up here if these two fields are entered.

Daily This view lets you easily see all scheduled and unscheduled activities for a particular day, as well as a general note taker for that day. The display contains two windows: to the right, the Calendar Window, and to the left, the Daily Follow Ups List. There are two types of activities you can look at in the Daily Calendar: Scheduled and Unscheduled Activities.

Weekly This calendar shows all your tasks for the week with highlighted bars to indicate when your schedule is already booked in the morning (a.m.) or afternoon (p.m.). If the activity is with a company, the company’s name will be displayed alongside the highlight bar to indicate the scheduled duration of each activity.

Monthly This calendar shows you activities scheduled throughout the month. Here the highlighted bars are used to indicate only which hours are scheduled on a given day, morning above afternoon activities. As with the other calendars, click <MouseRight> button on any day to view all scheduled follow ups.
