This browse box, opened from the Contacts Main Menu, contains a list of records used to help organize your Contacts.
For example, when you install Simple Accounting, the Demonstration Company contains these three pre-defined IDs:
ACTIVE
INACTIVE
N/A
This allows you to indicate where in the sales process a particular Contact might be (or if it even is sales related.)
Each Contact Status record consists of an eight character ID and a description field.
Every Contact must be assigned a valid Contact Status.
