If you are experiencing problems with your PDFs not properly displaying the user’s variables, there are usually two areas:

1. The design of the FDF. You must make certain that the PDF Form is set up with the proper field names  given in your Ollie Admin Guide. This alone accounts for 90% of the issues we deal with. Our advice is to always start by looking at the sample PDF and use that as your model.

2. If that isn’t it? The vast majority of remaining issues have to do with Acrobat. For missing variables which cannot be accounted for with the PDF Template, our advice is to ask your customer to re-install their copy of Acrobat Reader or Pro.
