A template is a copy of a transaction that is used over and over as the source information for a live transaction. This refers to either Recurring Sales Orders or Recurring Vendor Invoices. You are automatically reminded of templates which are due to be converted to live transactions if you have Enable Business Reminders checked in the Setup User Options window.
