Automatically Create An RFQ From A Sales Order

You can create a new Request For Quote (RFQ) from an existing Sales Order Line Item in two ways:

From a Sales Order

1. Open any Sales Order
2. Click on any Line Item to get to the Line Item Detail Window (the 2nd screen).
3. Right click on any line item in the Sites/Quantities browse at  lower left. You’ll see a ‘Convert To RFQ’ pop down menu.

From the Sites Browse

1. Select a customer-linked Site
2. Click on the Sales Order History button on the toolbar at the top of the window.
3. Right click on any of these History Line Items.
4. Select ‘Convert To RFQ’ from the pop down menu.
